Royal Worcester YellowithBlack Demitasse Cup & Saucer (x2) (Cowell & Hubbard)

This is a pair of rare antique porcelain demitasse/espresso cups and matching saucers. The pieces feature a striking yellow and black color scheme with a white interior that has become difficult to find over the years. One of the cups has mild wear to the inner handle (see photos), but there are no cracks or major damages. This set is perfectly serviceable for use or for display purposes.

Each cup measures 2" tall by 2" wide and each saucer measures 4.25 across. Produced some time during the early 1900s for The Cowell & Hubbard Co. Jewelry shop in Cleveland, Ohio as indicated by the maker's mark on the bottom of each piece. Crafted in England by the Royal Worcester porcelain company.
