Royal Worcester Hand Painted Cup & Saucer Roses Signed Twin 1919

This item is a Royal Worcester Hand Painted Cup & Saucer with roses signed Twin 1919. Miss Twinberrow was the premier painter of flowers at Royal Worcester. The saucer is signed Twin It was felt to sign Twinberrow was to long and would distract from the design. Miss Twinberrow usually only signed the saucer.

The saucer measures 3 3/4 inches. The cup including handle is 2 3/4 the height is 1 1/4. Both cup and saucer have the date code for 1919. The condition of the set is very good. There is one pinpoint of missing paint.

This probaly occured in the original manufacture. The cup has typical crazing on the outside bottom very common for cups of this time period.
