Wall Worcester Royal Lily Breakfast Set. This stunning breakfast set has the early Dr. Wall Worcester mark and dates mid to late 18th Century. The set consist of tray, cup and saucer, lidded sugar, cream and waste bowl.
The pattern was originally entitled simply "Lily" but while visiting the factory in 1788 King George III ordered a breakfast service in the pattern resulting in the pattern being re-named "Royal Lily" in honor of Queen Charlotte. Tray Approx 10"H X 14"W. Condition: Superb Condition, minor wear to red rim, small chips to underside of sugar lid, other minor imperfections to be expected with age.
